・東京會舘 メインバー
複合商業施設「東京會舘」の全体コンセプトである「會舘 CLASSIC」を踏襲し、メインバーは和洋折衷を基本にしたデザインとした。また、皇居外苑のお濠側に唯一ファサードを持ち、東京會舘のもう一つの顔としての役割を担っている。日比谷通りに面したファサードは一見洋風にみえるが、施されている彫刻のモチーフは「二重橋・白鳥・蓮・桜・松」と日本をテーマにした内容になっている。インテリアは、ダイナミックなアーチ天井とシャンデリアにより西洋建築の骨格を持ち、そこに箔で彩られた桜を表現した。

・鉄板焼 會
鉄板焼「會」の構成は大きな円形カウンターを中心に2つの個室があり、その一つはシェフズテーブルとなっている。ファサードは地下階であることを考慮し自然や光を取り入れ、切り取られた日本の風景のような構成とした。背景の壁は手すき和紙で変わりゆく空を表現し、その前に岩山のような景石を設え、飾られた草花によって四季を感じさせるとともに草花の陰影が入口に変化をつくり出している。店内に入ると圧倒的な迫力の吊鐘型の天蓋と舞台のような円形カウンターが目に飛び込んでくる。パーティションは夕日をモチーフに深い茶から黄色・オレンジのグラーデンションに染めた細いヒモを使用することで、奥への広がりを残しながら、ゆるやかで情緒的に空間を仕切っている。

・Tokyo Kaikan Main Bar
We designed the Main Bar with a mix of West and East, applying the “Kaikan Classic” design concept of the commercial facility in which it is housed, Tokyo Kaikan.
It is the only part of the building with a façade on the moat surrounding the outer gardens of the Imperial Palace, and so functions as the “other” face of Tokyo Kaikan. While the façade on Hibiya-dori Avenue appears at first glance to be Western, the carvings are themed on the Japanese subjects, “Nijuubashi, swan, lotus, cherry blossom, and pine.” The interior design is based on elements of Western architecture such as a dynamic arched ceiling and chandeliers, which are decorated with cherry blossoms created with metal plating.

・Teppanyaki Kai
Teppanyaki Kai is composed of a large round counter flanked by two private rooms, one containing a chef’s table. We compensated for the basement location of the restaurant by incorporating natural scenes and light into the façade, making it like a little peek into a Japanese scene. We emulated the changing patterns of the sky by using handmade Japanese paper for the background wall, and set a decorative stone reminiscent of a rocky mountain in front of it. With these elements, the entryway is constantly shifting as the flowers and plants set out cast their shadows and set the seasonal mood. Upon entering the restaurant, the powerful bell-shaped canopy and round counter grab the viewer’s attention. The space is divided gently and artistically by partitions themed on dusk, created from ropes dyed in a gradient from dark brown to yellow and orange.

・东京会馆主要酒吧
沿袭了综合商业设施“东京会馆“的整体概念”会馆CLASSIC“,酒吧采用了以日西合璧为基础的设计。另外,它是在皇宫外苑的护城河一侧,唯一拥有建筑门面的设施,这也扮演着东京会馆的另一面。面向日比谷大道的门面乍看之下像是西式风格,而凋刻内容则是以”皇宫二重桥、白鸟、莲、樱、松“和以日本为主题。室内装饰由生动的拱形天花造形和水晶吊灯构成西洋建筑的骨架,在这里我们采用了银箔来妆点出樱花的效果。

・铁板烧餐厅“会“
铁板烧餐厅「会」的构成是以大的圆形吧台为中心,设有2个包间,其中之一是主厨的餐桌。考虑到门面位于地下楼层,采用了自然和光线,构成了一幅剪裁过的日本风景。背景墙通过手工制作的日本纸表现出变化的天空,在其前面设置了像岩山一样的石景,通过装饰的植物来感受四季的同时, 植物的阴影在入口也产生着变化。进入店内,具有压倒性震撼力的吊钟型天花造形和像舞台一样的圆形吧台映入眼帘。隔间则以夕阳为主题,从深褐色渐变成黄色再到橙色的细绳子,一边向里面蔓延,一边以轻柔舒缓的情绪划分空间。
