大阪に続き2店舗目となる「ReXeR」の南青山店。3rd Sporty Placeをコンセプトに掲げ、朝出勤前にトレーニングをしてコーヒーを飲んで出社。昼仕事の合間にリフレッシュをしにトレーニングをして、午後の仕事に臨む。夜、ディナーの前にシャワーを浴びて、美を整える。生活の中に溶け込むように当たり前にジムを利用して欲しいというコンセプトである。青山という立地を踏まえて、定員を絞り、従来のジムの概念を覆す最高の空間とおもてなし、最上級のサービスを提供する会員制ラウンジのような設えを施した。
その他、コーヒーや美容機器にも高品質なものを揃えている。デザイン面では、ビル丸一棟の強みを生かし、各フロアに多彩なアートを施した。階段の踊り場には、毎日見ても飽きないトレーニングをする人を模した半立体アートや、トレーニングと美をイメージした壁画に数種のアクリルを設置し、見る角度によって見え方が変化するアート。1階ラウンジには、超大型モニターを設置し、自然や癒しを感じる動画アートを設置した。外装デザインには、ReXeRの「R-E-X」をグラフィック化したシャンパンゴールド色のスチール材をパネル化し、間接照明によってビル全体を光らせている。この外装が高級なReXeRのブランディングに一役買っていると言っても過言ではない。内装デザインは素材感を重視し、御影石、ウオールナット材を中心に本物をシンプルに感じてもらえるラグジュアリー空間とした。「忙しいから美しい」。まさに仕事とジムの共存であり、誰もが憧れるライフスタイルがここにあるのではないだろうか。（松村憲佑／コクーンデザイン）

At ReXeR’s second location in Minami Aoyama, built after the Osaka location based on the concept of “3rd Sporty Place,” users can work out and have a coffee before heading in to the office in the morning. Or they could work out between tasks in the afternoon to reenergize themselves and then return to work. In the evening, they can hop in the shower before dinner and spruce themselves up. The concept is to have users take advantage of this gym as natural part of their lives. In light of the gym’s location, maximum number of members was limited and the facilities were created to be a member’s only lounge with the highest level of service, disrupting the concept of the typical gym with its spectacular interior and hospitality. It also offers other high quality services such as coffee and beauty equipment. In terms of design, we took advantage of having the entire building by displaying a wide variety of art on each floor. On the landing of each staircase, we used semi-three-dimensional art of people exercising, which will delight even if seen daily. We place several kinds of acryl over the wall art depicting training and beauty so that it appears different when viewed from different angles. In the first floor lounge, we set a super large monitor that plays natural and relaxing video art. The exterior design is characterized by the steel panels in japan gold color with the “REX” letters from ReXeR included as graphics and indirect lighting that makes the entire building glitter. It’s no exaggeration to say that this exterior design is contributing greatly to the luxury branding of ReXeR. In terms of interior design, we paid close attention to the feeling of the materials, creating a luxurious space that gives a feeling of genuineness and simplicity with materials like granite and walnut wood. “Beautiful because busy.” We believe that this space is a codependence of work and gym – a place that creates a lifestyle that anyone would want. 健身房“ReXeR”南青山店，是该品牌继大坂之后的第二家店。凭借“3rd Sporty Place“的概念，让人们在早上上班前做些锻炼，喝杯咖啡，然后去上班。中午之际来一场锻炼，让下午的工作恢复活力。夜晚，在晚饭前先洗澡，重新整理好自己的仪容。这是一个希望人们灵活的使用健身房与生活融为一体的概念。选择青山做为据点，我们限制人数，颠覆传统健身房的模式, 提供最棒的空间和服务，打造一个提供最高等级服务的会员制贵宾休息室这样的空间。此外，我们还提供高品质的咖啡和美容设备。在设计方面，我们利用整栋建筑的优势，在每个楼层装置了各种艺术品。在楼梯入口的平台处，我们设置了一个模拟锻练中的人物半立体艺术品，即使每天看也不会感到厌倦，还有以锻练和美丽为主题的壁画上设置了多种类型的亚克力艺术品，将会根据视角的不同而改变所见到的内容。在1楼休息区，安装了超大型的屏幕，播放令人感到自然及疗愈的动画艺术。对于外观设计，我们将ReXeR的“R-E-X”以香槟金色的铁板制成图像，以间接照明的手法照亮整个建筑。毫不夸张地说，这种外观设计在ReXeR高端品牌定位中发挥了功效。室内设计强调质感，以花岗岩及核桃木为主，可以感受到纯粹又真实的奢华空间。“因为忙碌所以美丽”。这个工作和健身房共存，是让每个人都羡慕的生活方式不是吗。 （松村宪佑／COCOON DESIGN）
