若者達の感性が集まる街、渋谷において、新たに出店する「つるとんたん UDON NOODLE Brasserie SHIBUYA」は、駅直結の渋谷スクランブルスクエア13階レストランフロアに位置する。”渋谷クリエイティブ＆スクランブル”をデザインコンセプトに、この地ならではの映像や音楽、グラフィック、アートなどのエレメントが交差する空間でうどんを食べるという、見方によっては若干カオスとも言える、渋谷ならではの環境作りを成立させる事に挑戦した。中央のメインダイニングでは、この空間の象徴とも言えるH鋼型のデジタルバーが立体的に交差し、渋谷の街、道路、建築、人などの風景を切り取ったアート映像がそれぞれに映し出される。他にも店名文字を用いたディスプレイ兼グラフィティアートの壁面を始め、BMXやバイクなどのタイヤ痕をイメージした床のデザインタイル、スケートボードをモチーフにしたロングテーブルなど、店内の随所にクリエイティブカルチャーを徹底的に取り入れた。プライベートダイニングルームでは、ミュージックスタジオをテーマとし、カセットテープとDJミキサーなどをパッチワークしたデザイン壁や、天井には実際のマイクをカスタムしてシャンデリアにするなど、メインダイニングとは対照的にアナログな表現にこだわった。一般のゲストのみならず、渋谷エリアを拠点とする若いクリエイター達に是非この空間を体感して頂きたい。（藤本泰士／DESIGN STUDIO CROW）

TSURUTONTAN UDON NOODLE Brasserie SHIBUYA is a new restaurant on the 13th floor of the building directly connected to the station, Shibuya Scramble Square. Shibuya is a neighborhood popular with young people. Setting “Shibuya Creative & Scramble” as the design concept, we attempted to pull together an environment unique to Shibuya with video, music, graphics, art and other elements inspired by the area. The intersection of these various elements makes for an interesting, even chaotic, space for diners to eat udon noodles. In the main dining area, a digital bar in the shape of an H-beam forms the main symbol of the space and overlaps with other elements, while videos depict the neighborhood, roads, architecture and people of Shibuya. We also incorporated elements reflecting creative culture into various places around the restaurant, including displays with creative art using the name of the restaurant, design tiles using patterns based off of tire tracks of BMX and motorcycles, long tables inspired by skateboards, and other elements. In the private dining room, we gathered elements to reflect the theme of “recording studio” such as a wall with a patchwork-design of cassette tapes and DJ mixing machines, a custom-made chandelier made of microphones hanging from the ceiling, and other elements. The analogue style contrasts with the digital theme of the main dining area. We welcome young creators based in Shibuya to experience this space along with regular customers. 在年轻人的感性聚集地“涩谷”，“TsuruTonTan UDON NOODLE Brasserie SHIBUYA”全新开店了。它位于车站直通的涩谷Scramble Square（多方通行交通路口广场）的13F餐厅楼层。本店以“涩谷创造力和Scramble”为设计主题，在涩谷地段特有的影像、音乐、图像、艺术等元素交融的环境中品尝乌冬面，这样的设计可能对于一些人的角度来看稍显杂乱，但确是涩谷得天独厚的特色，我们大胆地挑战将其设计融合进了用餐环境，从而使之成立。在餐厅中央主用餐区，有着可称之为此空间象征的H钢型的数码支柱相互立体交叉，同时交织放映着涩谷的街，道路，建筑，人等风景截画的艺术映像。另外，以有店名文字的电子投影与平面艺术的墙面设计为首，印有越野自行车和摩托车的轮胎痕迹的地板设计，以滑雪板为素材的长条桌等，使得创造性文化在店内得到了彻底地表现。而个性化单间，是以音乐工作室为主题，例如卡带式和DJ混乐的拼贴式图像的墙饰，或者以麦克风和水晶吊灯相融合的天花板设计，与中央主餐厅形成对比式的分类表现。我们期望不止是一般的客人，也希望以涩谷地区为据点的年轻人们能够来切身体验一下本店的空间设计。（藤本泰士／DESIGN STUDIO CROW）
