ココグラン高崎

JR高崎駅よりペデストリアンデッキで結ばれた駅直結型ホテル。“水の恵みと木の優しさ”をベースとした四季を感じさせる「ヒーリングホテル」として、宿泊ビジネスの新たな可能性を追求した。エントランス、ロビー、ラウンジ、レストラン、バーが一体となった空間には小川が流れ、自然樹木が配され、室内空間が“庭”の中にあるというコンセプトに基づき、空間全体のデザインがなされている。客室空間は、ビジネスパーソンをターゲットとしてシングルルーム中心の構成ながらも、本物の“ナチュラル空間”をキーワードに「ラグジュアリーツイン」「ココスイートツイン」「プレミアムココスイート」といった、アッパー層に訴求する高品質な室内空間も採り入れ、さまざまな需要に対応させている。（プラスエフ建築設計室）

The hotel is directly connected to JR (Japanese Railway) Takasaki station by a pedestrian deck. It is investigating the new possibility of a hotel business as a “Healing hotel” which makes you to feel 4 seasons based on the idea “The gift from water and kindness of trees”. The entire space is designed based on the concept that the space is “in the garden”. The entrance, lobby, lounge, restaurant, and bar are integrated in one and natural trees and a streamlet are placed. Guest rooms are targeting business persons therefore mainly single rooms but they also have “luxury twin”, “Coco suite twin”, and “Premium Coco suite twin” which are with high quality and for upper class people so that the rooms meet various demands.
