不動産仲介の宅都がFC展開するminiminiの新店舗「minimini PLEMIUM」。賃貸ショップが溢れ、商圏が周辺店舗と競合して他店との差別化が難しくなってきている。今回の新店舗ではターゲット層を絞り、より魅力的な商品（賃貸物件）を扱う店舗を目指した。従来の“赤”の印象が強いminiminiから、少し落ち着きのあるナチュラルなminiminiへとイメージ変更を行った。店内はカフェのようなくつろげる空間とし、お客様がこれから始まる生活をイメージしやすい空間に仕上げた。店内に配置された“家”のカタチがアイキャッチとなり、お客様の目を惹き付ける。

The real estate agency company, TAKUTO, has several franchised stores of minimini which is a popular real estate agency brand in Japan. This time we designed minimini’s new store “minimini PREMIUM”. There are many real estate stores in the same business area and it’s hard to differentiate the one from others. The new store narrowed down target customers and aimed to have more attractive items (properties). We renewed an image of existing minimini by changing symbolic red color to more natural and relaxing color. The interior space becomes relaxing and motivates customers to imagine their new life.
