LE CIEL BLEU LUCUA OSAKA

大阪梅田地区再開発事業の商業施設ルクアにテナントとしてショップはデザインされた。80坪で天井高さ5mの建築区画は贅沢な空間だ。空間をデザインするにあたり大局感とディテールワークの二極から設計は進められた。デザインを機能要件である商品量からの総論で作業を進めると、大箱インテリア物販店舗と同様なマッピング式虚無のデザインで納まってしまう。ここでは建築区画に内包されたもうひとつの建築的インテリアデザインが提案された。構造計算で組上げたメッシュ式シリンダーデザイン。ただしデザインがスケールアウトしているために建築区画に同化しないよう、建築との軸線をずらして空間に重力感を与えたレイアウトだ。そのシリンダーに特注ペンダントを設置して建築的インテリアが際立つ計画にもなっている。（大塚則行）

The shop was designed as a tenant in a big commercial building LUCUA, the result of Osaka-Umeda area redevelopment project. The shop’s floor area was 278 ㎡and ceiling height was 5m. It was a luxurious space to design. Design was put in motion by two extremes, namely, a broad viewpoint and a detail work. If you proceed with design based on function, it results in a mapping style shop just like an ordinary big scale retail shop, it’s nothing. Therefore the architectural interior design was suggested which was included in an architectural shop space. The answer is mesh cylinder design built by architectural calculation. I displaced axis lines of the architecture and the interior design in order to avoid merging them and give a weight to space. Custom made pendants on cylinders give a strong impression to architectural interior. (Noriyuki Otsuka)
