自家製パイのイメージと邸宅のような雰囲気を表現
 
自家製パイのベーカリー「Elijah Pies」のカフェ計画。店舗空間は、同ブランドの菓子を最初に作った共同創設者の邸宅をオマージュし、その家を訪れた時のインスピレーションを表現している。
新たに設置したファサードは、玄関ポーチを思わせる奥まったポケットのようなつくりが特徴。店内は、温かみのある住空間をイメージしたレイアウトで、リビングやダイニング、ラウンジのような場所に客席が配されている。インテリアは、クリーム色を基調とし、店舗で提供されるデザートの多様なテクスチャーと色から着想を得た表情豊かな色調でアクセントを付けている。ユーザーが、視覚的にも味覚的にも楽しい体験ができるよう、あらゆる場所のディテールにこだわって計画した。（Right Angle Studio／文責BAMBOO MEDIA）

For the dine-in edition of this homegrown pie bakery cafe, the design direction derives from the impression of visiting a person’s home, set as a tribute to the co-founders’ residence from their early days, where the sweets were first made.
The unit’s facade was completely remodelled, strategically accommodating a pocket that resembles an entrance porch. Spatially arranged to emulate a warm abode, users are offered seating options across the living, dining, and lounge zones. The interiors adopted a primary cream base, accentuated with expressive tones inspired by the desserts’ expansive range of textures and colours.
