アジアの株式市場がコンセプトのバー「ウルフマーケット」。香港でも多くの金融系企業がオフィスを構える中環（セントラル）エリア、蘭桂坊（ランカイフォン）の中心に位置するこのバーは、ドリンクの値段が各ドリンクの需要によってリアルタイムに変動する独自のアルゴリズムを採用している。
壁面のディスプレイには、店内でオーダー可能な全てのドリンクの種類と価格を表示。ドリンクの価格がその日の最高値を超えると、マーケットが「崩壊」し、瞬間的に全てのドリンク価格が最安値となる。情報通の顧客はこのタイミングを見計らって買い注文を入れる。
店内は2層に分かれており、下階が取引所、上階が投資家の部屋をイメージしたデザインとなっている。上階では、ヘッドバーテンダーのLuis Leeによる、最高クラスのウイスキーやオリジナルのカクテルを楽しむことができる。（DEFT）

Wolf Market – Asia’s Stock Market Bar
Located in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong in Central, Wolf Market uses a custom pricing algorithm to adjust drink prices in real-time depending on the demand of drinks at that moment.
Wolf Market features a video wall which displays the real-time prices of all available drinks. If drink prices rise to a trading-day high, the market will “crash” causing all prices to momentarily fall to extreme lows, where the savvy customers will place their orders.
Wolf Market is divided into a lower level (The Trading Floor) and an upper level (The Trader’s Room), where Head Bartender Luis Lee serves a wide variety of top-shelf whiskies and signature cocktails.(DEFT)
